Shoulder Physical Therapy
Mobile PT Tailored for Queens and Neighboring Communities
Your shoulder is a highly flexible ball-and-socket joint, relying on a network of muscles, tendons, and ligaments to provide stability and movement. Dysfunction in these structures; whether from overuse, rotator cuff injuries, impingement, or joint instability: can lead to pain, stiffness, and limited mobility. While minor shoulder discomfort can often improve with rest and activity modifications, persistent pain may interfere with daily tasks and overhead movements. Physical therapy can help restore strength, improve joint mechanics, and prevent future issues by addressing the underlying cause of dysfunction.

Common Conditions We Treat:

-
Rotator Cuff Injuries (tears, impingement, or inflammation of shoulder tendons)
-
Frozen Shoulder (Adhesive Capsulitis) (stiffness and pain limiting movement)
-
Shoulder Impingement Syndrome (pinching of tendons or bursa in the shoulder)
-
Labral Tears (damage to the cartilage stabilizing the shoulder joint)
-
Shoulder Instability & Dislocations (loose or unstable shoulder joint)
-
AC Joint Dysfunction (pain and limited movement in the acromioclavicular joint)
