Knee Physical Therapy
Mobile PT Tailored for Queens and Neighboring Communities
Your knee is a hinge joint, designed to support weight and allow for smooth, controlled movement. It is one of the most frequently injured joints across all age groups, particularly during athletic activities and exercise. Many knee injuries can be managed with rest, ice, mobilization, and physical therapy, though some may require further medical attention. Knee pain can result from injuries like ruptured ligaments or torn cartilage, or from medical conditions such as arthritis, gout, or infections.
