Jonathan Lam, PT, DPT
Director/ Owner

My name is Jonathan, I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a patient centered, results-driven approach to rehab. I earned my Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Emergency Care in 2016, then graduated magna cum laude with my DPT from Stony Brook University in 2020. My experience spans outpatient sports clinics, gym-based rehabilitation, running my own office and traveling to homes for post-surgical and hospitalized patients. I’ve seen firsthand what works, what doesn’t, and how to get people back to moving better and feeling stronger.

I take a patient-centered approach where transparency is key, and I make sure my clients always know exactly what’s going on with their recovery. Whether you’re bouncing back from surgery, dealing with chronic pain, or just trying to move like you used to, I’m here to get you there.
I truly believe that staying active is the key to staying young. The moment you stop moving is the moment you start aging faster. Regaining mobility isn’t just about rehab. It’s about getting your life back and doing what you love without limits.
Outside of work, movement is a huge part of my life. I love working out, dancing, playing pickleball, inline skating, and pushing myself with calisthenics. I know what it’s like to be sidelined, and I know how frustrating it is to feel like your body is holding you back. That’s why I do what I do. To get you back to doing what you love without pain slowing you down.
At Inspire Core PT, I bring the clinic to you with one-on-one, focused care built around your needs. Let’s get to work!
