Back Physical Therapy
Mobile PT Tailored for Queens and Neighboring Communities
Your back is a complex structure made up of the spine, muscles, ligaments, and nerves, all working together to provide stability and movement. Dysfunction in these structures—whether from poor posture, muscle imbalances, disc issues, or nerve compression—can lead to pain, stiffness, and limited mobility. While occasional back discomfort is common and often improves with rest and activity modifications, persistent or worsening pain can interfere with daily activities, work, and sleep. If the pain stems from an injury or underlying condition, physical therapy can help restore function, relieve pain, and prevent future problems.

Common conditions we treat:

-
Herniated or Bulging Discs – Disc-related pain due to nerve compression or irritation
-

-
Lumbar Strain & Sprains – Muscle or ligament injuries leading to stiffness and discomfort
-
Spinal Stenosis – Narrowing of the spinal canal causing pain, numbness, or weakness
-
Postural Dysfunction (Kyphosis/Lordosis) – Poor spinal alignment leading to chronic back pain
-
